Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here today to open everyone's eyes to the
intolerable injustice that happens everyday. People here, in America, in
the twenty first century, still do not treat both genders equally.
Equal pay for equal work is a huge issue in today's world and we should
deal with that problem here and now! If women and men work the same
hours of the same job, by god they should be rewarded with the same pay.
Why do we as a nation seem to think that one gender is dominate over
another? The truth is most of us don’t! Today we should come together
and put an end to gender inequality! I believe that one day in the near
future, women will not have to fear that they might lose there job to a
“superior” male worker and young women coming into the workforce will
have just as much chance getting a job than the man next to her. Today
we ask everyone from around our great and prosperous country to unite in
the fact that we as a people need to change our ways of thinking
towards women! Remember what you heard today and make help us make a
change!
